What  is Busy Babe Bootcamp and who is it suitable for?

Busy Babe Bootcamp is a female only fitness and health Bootcamp suitable for women of all fitness levels with similar goals e.g getting strong, lean, slim and fit whilst improving positive mindset and nutritional habits to maximise results.

 

What do sessions consist of?

Busy Babe Bootcamp is a circuit style mix of cardio (Busy Babe Burn), weight training (Busy Babe Bell n Bar) and core (Busy Babe Bikini Blitz)

 

How will it benefit me?

Busy Babe Bootcampers learn how to lift weights and kettebells safely and effectively, you will tone up, get fit, gain confidence, lose inches, gain energy, reduce stress, gain knowledge on healthy eating and food habits, learn how to train your brain to believe you can achieve your goals and maintain them.

 

Is there a nutrition and healthy eating service included?

YES! Busy Babe Bootcamp includes lots of information on Nutrition and each member receives a cook book with 30 breakfast, lunches and dinners along with food diaries, troubleshooting and nutritional talks.

 

I am a beginner,is it suitable?

Yes all beginners are welcome. We will guide and support you to help achieve maximum results and teach you the fundamentals of training and eating healthy.

Is there support and motivation given to help stay on track?

Busy Babe Bootcampers are always guided and supported when adherence is low and motivation is fading, all our bootcampers are also added to a private Facebook group where we all help motivate and support each other and make sure we all reach our goals.

 

What days/times are the Bootcamps? What are the membership options?

6pm on Mon/Wed. Start Anytime, memberships are €40 per month. No drop ins!

 

How long do sessions last?

Sessions last 45 mins with some sessions being 30 min XP.

 

Where is the studio located?

We are located in a private studio located upstairs in Hibs Soccer Club on Headford road beside the soccer pitches.

 

Are there changing rooms, parking and water onsite?

Yes all are available on site.

 

I can only do 2 weeks out of 4 as im going away on holidays, can I still sign up for the memebership?

Unfortunately not, we are looking for ladies who can commit to a full month of training and cannot suspend memberships.
